Ever since I did the surfer engagement photo shoot of Cristina and Ernesto, I have always wanted to do another engagement in Tarifa, so when Virginia and Alfonso asked me back in Septembre to do their wedding photo shoot in Málaga, I proposed them to go to Tarifa first.
This village in Cadiz is known for its white sandy beaches and the big national park that surrounds it. For this shooting we chose the Valdevaqueros beach, a worship place for the kite-surf lovers. We were very lucky because there was no wind at all, very rare, no clouds and the light was just perfect.
They are a very sportive couple, specially Alfonso, who devotes his spare time to practice surf and triathlon, so the environment suited perfectly suited their personality. The outfit chosen for this romantic pre wedding photo shoot was in blue, which matched perfectly with the color of the sky that day.
We also had a very special guest that day “Bali”, their little dog that really enjoy the visit running up and down the beach.
The sesion started with us going for a walk along the Valdevaqueros beach, towards the famous hotel Arte y Vida, where we met a kite surfer enjoying the sea and the view of Africa on the horizon.
After the visit to the hotel, we spend the late afternoon taking pictures, of our walk through the national park “Parque Natural de los Alcornocales” and also of the beautiful dusk until the sun went down.
Alfosno and Virginia effortless and natural attitude made of these a very romantic and spontaneous set of pictures. We really enjoyed this day. The couple will be getting married at the botanical garden La Concepción, in Málaga
I am sure will be chosing Tarifa again for next engagement photo shoot, the landscapes and views are just marvellous. Until them I will keep enjoying my wedding photo shoots in Málaga and Marbella.
See you soon!
