A Rural Wedding in Provence, France, surrounded by vineyards and breathtaking scenery, this is the wedding Tiffany and Carl chose to have.
For their big day, they chose Trets, a beautiful French village near Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. She, originally from Australia, he, born in Switzerland and a wedding in France, why? It was Carl’s grandfather who discovered them Provence and the couple didn’t think it twice, they decided to celebrate an international rural wedding in France.
The ceremony and the wedding celebration took place at the Chateau Grand Boise an old French chateau, a dream place to celebrate a rural wedding that leaves no one indifferent. With spectacular views of Mount Saint Victoire and the miles of vineyards of this villa in Provence.
The bride and her bridesmaids decided to get ready all together for the wedding and the groom got prepared with his groomsmen. They all had a great time together toasting with champagne and taking photos with a vintage camera. And the results were spectacular. The bridesmaids all wore a pink pale dress and the groomsmen all wore a very smart bow tie matching the groom’s and very chic straps. The bride was gorgeous with her bateau neck dress and Jimmy Choo shoes.
The ceremony was held outdoors, in the most chic and elegant atmosphere. The guests of this international wedding did not spared in their wedding outfits.
After the ceremony, we made the most original wedding pictures with the bridesmaids and the groomsmen. We also took the chance to wander around this magnificent French cottage and shoot the wedding photos of the newlywed.
The cocktail was delightful. Imagine a cocktail on a terrace in the French Provence at sunset. The “Mount Saint Victoire” views we had from the Chateau Grand Boise were magnificent. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed the views of the French vineyards, the live Mediterranean food (“show cooking”) and the live music group playing.
Dinner was held inside the chateau. The lovely rustic cottage decor and the decorating of the wedding made a perfect match. All the tables were decorated with peonies and an olive branch, intensifying the Mediterranean touch of this wedding.
After the emotional speeches of both fathers of the newlyweds, the bride’s sister and the groomsmen, bride and groom cut the cake, dance their first dance as husband and wife and the desired party began. It is not the first time I have shoot a Rural wedding in France, but this wedding in Provence was amazing. A chic, elegant, rustic and super fun wedding. Without a doubt, a very original wedding.
Each time I enjoy more and more these “destination weddings.” I´m willing to tell you about the next one very soon. Stay tuned!
