Weddings in Spain

Are you looking to get married in the south of Spain? With over 300 days of sunshine and some of the Mediterranean’s most sought-after locations, weddings in Marbella and Malaga are always unforgettable. As are the wedding photos! The province of Andalucia boasts some stunning locations for weddings, and there’s nothing I love more than exploring the surrounding countryside and beaches of a wedding couple’s chosen venue and finding the perfect backdrops for their wedding portraits. Some of my favourite photos have taken place in old crumbling castles, in the grounds of stately mansions and against the backdrop of the sparkling Mediterranean ocean. The south of Spain also has some of the country’s most decadent venues, with five star glamour and some really cool beach-side resorts. There’s no shortage of great places for the best wedding portraits.

Although formal photos of the couple are important, I also pride myself on capturing non-staged editorial shots of those magical wedding moments that really matter. The hidden smiles, the happy tears and the funny moments you missed. Never underestimate the importance of those photos documenting the moments that you didn’t see.

One of the best things about marrying in Marbella and Malaga is that you can celebrate your special day outdoors – which means the light is fantastic, and so is the scenery. History, decadence and old Spanish charm can all be found in the south of Spain, ensuring that not only will your special day be completely unique, but your photos will be too.
